Growing your team is something that can often take a back seat to the daily routines of ministry. At Foundations Conference, all you need to do is show up with your team, and we have set the table for new conversations and growth inside your team like you haven’t had all year.

Specialized Breakouts

We are hosting leading ministry experts to join us for two days of practical training that will leave you with ideas, tools, and best practices to take back and implement at your church. The breakouts will cover leadership development, building volunteer teams, creating outstanding guest experiences, and more.

Inspiration & Focus

We work hard at Foundations Conference to spiritually inspire you, as well as resource you in your focused expertise of ministry. We believe the tension of practical and inspirational content will have you walking away every day with multiple ministry ideas to process.

Focused Learning

Your challenges in ministry are unique to your role, church size, and location of ministry. At Foundations, we are intentional about creating content and learning for all kinds of ministry leaders, specifically those in the Great Lakes region.
